Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final, however if you have any items that are missing from your order, or were damaged upon arrival, please Contact Us right away, and we will promptly arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Complimentary repairs with in the first 30 days of purchase.

How much are shipping charges?

We charge a flat rate for all standard shipments ($7.00), regardless of size. Standard shipments are sent via United States Post Office, priority mail or. Shipping fees are in United States Dollars (USD). Express Mail is available for destinations within the United States, for an additional charge upon request only

International shipping available for an additional $30.00. Canadian shipping is available for an additional $24.00. Please be aware that all international orders may incur a customs or an import duty fee. You are responsible for payment of these fees. They differ depending on the country you are ordering from.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We package and ship orders Monday through Friday within 1-3 business days of receipt. When receiving a high volume of orders, and or back-ordered items, processing takes approximately 3 to 4 business days prior to shipment.
